Angie: Hey guys. Today, I want to talk about working virtually. I know it’s something that is new to a lot of people and something that quite frankly, we here at Angie Buys Houses Central Florida have been doing for a few years now.

So, there’s a lot of pros and cons to working virtually. Some of the pros are you can work in a tee shirt, shorts and flip flops. You can roll out of bed and work in your pajamas. There are some other benefits. You can be a little more effective. You can get some chores done in between work. You can manage your home life.

Some of the cons may be you enjoy going into an office and enjoy that camaraderie that comes along with it instead of working virtually. Some of the cons are that your work is always there, right? So your office is in your home, you can never get away from it. But for us at Angie Buys Houses Central Florida, working virtually means that we can assist you no matter what is going on in the world.

It allows us the ability to talk to more sellers during the day, to talk to you about some of the problems that you may have, or the issues you may be facing with your property. Talking you through, maybe some code enforcement violations, being able to help negotiate those down on your behalf, helping work through some title issues, if need be. Whatever the case may be, we’re able to do it a little more effectively because we’re all working virtually.

Today, we spoke to quite a few sellers and talked to them about their property. We were able to move forward with a contract on one of the properties. We went through an inspection for one of the properties we have under contract. This time, we couldn’t do that virtually. We did have to send one of our partners out there, but we were able to send someone out and get some videos and a video tour done.

So that is, instead of having multiple people come through your house, you’re having one person come in and do a virtual tour. So, we can see the property and know what we’re looking at and how we can move forward. So that’s something else that we can do. There’s a lot of creative ways we can work together.

But by working virtually, we are able to serve more clients. We are able to serve more people in Orlando that need assistance, that need to sell their house quickly, that are looking for a fast and fair cash offer. So we can provide that. We do have a virtual team, so you will be working either with myself, my name is Angie, or with Ronni – she’s in acquisitions, as well as Eniz is.

So you may be working with one of the three of us, but again, just because we’re not all in the office, doesn’t mean that we can’t serve you as effectively. In fact, we believe that we can serve you more effectively because of that. So, because we are working virtually, we can buy virtually as well, so we can buy without stepping foot in your house sometimes, or often just sending one person over there or one or two as needed, but we can do it with very little interaction if that is what you prefer.

If you do prefer to meet in person, we are here locally in Orlando, so we can meet with you. We serve these areas: the Orlando Metro area as well as the Tampa Metro area. So we are looking to buy houses within about an hour and a half to two hours of both Orlando and Tampa.
